My health was becoming very poor when I was around 30 years of age, I was obliged to try a great variety of alternative / holistic healing modalities .
The various alternative therapies I tried during my healing were: Robert Rasmusson Regenesis, Reiki, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Qi Gong, Reflexology, Yoga, Aromatherapy, Herbs, Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy, Biofeedback, Rebirthing, Polarity, Vibrational Healing, Quantum-Touch and Body Talk.
Below are the best alternative holistic healing modalities. This is not to imply that these are always the best ones for you. They are the best of what worked for me and many of my friends
The most effective Healing modality was Regenesis of Robert Rasmusson.
During his 30 years of practice in the Santa Cruz area, Robert Rasmusson helped thousands of people from all over the world and taught most of the area\’s prominent holistic practitioners (some of whom now teach in the University of California, Santa Cruz , and other universities). Regenesis is a unique healing art developed by Robert Rasmusson.. It is the process of mobilizing and directing the flow of cellular energy to stimulate, facilitate, and accelerate the natural healing processes of the human body.
Development of the Process of Regenesis
Robert Rasmusson.developed this art over a 45-year period of practice, experimentation, and results. He saw that when he combined certain consciousness processes with a breathing process and touch on specific points, bones would be gently moved back into place, emotional scars would heal, and mental states of fragmentation would resolve themselves. Use of this simple process seemed to result in decreasing or eliminating pain and a feeling of balance and wholeness.

Robert Rasmusson discovered that energy is the fundamental common denominator, the spark to mobilize healing. As an energy-based approach to healing, the Regenesis process recognizes that conditions are holistic, that is, all energy systems are involved, and symptoms of the condition show up not just physically but throughout all aspects of being. For example, a physical condition may have an emotional or a psychic cause, or component, that must be addressed so the Regenesis healing process involves body, mind, feelings, psyche, and spirit in the course of treatment.

A very simple Healing modality with remarkable results but only works for a limited period. Some people think that Quantum-Touch was developed by Robert Rasmusson, which is not the case. Richard Gordon a writer copied parts of the work of Robert Rasmusson without his approval and named it Quantum-Touch. Quantum-Touch is therefore missing some of the basic elements to be a serious Healing modality.
John is studied Healing with many famous healers in Northern California in the 1980s. He became aware of the work of Robert Rasmusson and recognized the power of his work.
