This review is from: Ironman Extra Strength Muscle & Joint Roll-On 2.5-Ounce (Health and Beauty)

Bought this based on reviews but I am starting to think this is not the product for me. I have only used it for a few weeks (before weightlifting). I do not feel the Ironman product working after I apply it. However, when I am in the sauna after the workout (and after a quick cleansing shower) the heat “burns” the part of the skin where it was applied. There is a noticeable redness on the skin. The subsequent hot shower produces the same result.

So, I can’t say that I feel it working but then again the muscles do not seem that sore either. I think maybe this isn’t for me. I am going to use it for a couple more weeks but may end up going back to one of the BIO or Max Freeze products.
