Being a fan of Doctor Who’s theme as well as the programme, I’m a regular visitor to Whomix.trilete.net/ – the Doctor Who theme remix website. I came across some of Eaglestriker’s awe-inspiring arrangements, and I attempted to make an edited mix of two of them that could work with the 8th Doctor mix I had already created(as they were composed with the 8th Doctor in mind). I used the mixes called ‘Last of the Timelords’ & ‘An Eighth Regeneration’. These mixed with the Delia Derbyshire theme produce a theme that sounds like a cross between the TV Movie and the new series Murray Gold theme arrangements. Overall I think the result is quite effective. I hope you enjoy the video.
